What does your wedding coordinator do?
Your Carillon Beach Wedding coordinators have the responsibility of assisting you in the planning of your special day. Starting with scheduling of your personal Vendor Day, and ending with your
reception departure, they will insure that your dream wedding becomes a reality! Along the way, all the many details will be confirmed, including your wedding weekend itinerary. Finally, they will direct your rehearsal, ceremony and reception. -
Do you have a preferred vendor list and must I select from it?
Carillon Beach Weddings does require you to select from our list of preferred vendors to insure the quality and level of service your wedding deserves. All vendors are insured, and are familiar with the various regulations our many venues require. -
What is a “Vendor Day”?
Our “Vendor Day” is a special day set aside for you and your fiance, to meet, here at Carillon, with officiants, caterers, floral designers, photographers, entertainment, beverage service, formal wear, etc. … all the vendors you may need to make your event exactly as you wish! -
Do you have weather backups for your venues?
You will be assigned a “weather back-up” when you book your venues at Carillon. Wild Heron weather back-ups will be determined three days prior to your event and are dependent on the location of your function. -
What time must my reception end?
All of our venues must end by 10pm due to local county noise ordinances, and out of consideration for our neighboring communities. -
Where do my wedding guests park?
There are available parking spaces at all of our venue locations. Event coordinators can provide you with
a map indicating where guests may park . -
What type of accommodations do you have available at Carillon Beach?
There is no room night requirement; however, Carillon Beach Rentals www.carillon-rentals.com is the onsite rental management company for Carillon Beach, the Carillon Beach Inn, and Pinnacle Port. They provide onsite check in for Carillon Beach and Pinnacle Port. Your Reservation Managers will negotiate a rate for your guests. -
What can I use as a throw after my reception?
Carillon Beach weddings will only allow bubbles to be used as throws at any of its events. -
What types of area activities are available for my wedding guests?
Area activities include shopping, golfing, fishing, kayaking, boating, – please contact our event coordinators for suggestions and reservations! -
Are spa services available?
Services are available at “Salon Baliage & Spa”. Please contact our event coordinators for reservations. -
What is the payment schedule for venues contracted for my wedding events?
In order to confirm your event date a non refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total venue rental is required along with a signed agreement. The final balance due is required thirty (30) days prior to the event. -
When can I book my Vendor Day?
We book Vendor Days on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays as our vendors are busy servicing weddings the remainder of the week. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. -
Can partners of the same gender apply for a Marriage License?
No; Florida law specifies that one applicant must be male and the other female.
